The fixed scaling was forcibly changed to automatic scaling after the deployment of the instance was successful.

I have a Docker instance deployed under the Hobby Plan, but there is a problem that the instance stops automatically.
I have been using it for a long time, and this problem suddenly occurred recently. After my investigation, I found that it should be due to the fact that the "Fixed" option in the "Scaling" item of the "Settings" was forcibly changed to "Autoscaling". Because of this, the instance will be suspended if there is no activity for about an hour. I have never encountered such a situation in the past for a long time.
I deleted the instance and redeployed it. I found that it was still set to "Fixed" scaling before deployment, but it became "Autoscaling" after deployment. This seriously affects the usage. I don't know how to deal with it and I'm seeking help.
