Managed database offering

It would be good to have an option to add managed database to the App. For example, I see that it is probably possible to add MariaDB Galera cluster with proxysql. This may require having attachable storage, but for a small DB even the container storage should be sufficient while maintaining synchronization across members of the cluster.

I see you are mentioning MariaDB, is that your main requirement?
We already have a feature request for Managed Postgres with the intent of working on it in 2022. I would love to identify which specific database technology you want to use.
In the meantime, we recommend using a specialized DBaaS provider, we have a few recommandations here.

Yann Léger: Hey, sorry for the lack of clarity. I am fine with using DBaaS at the moment and do think that managed PostgreSQL is a good first offering (existing feature request). If you plan to work on more than one, I would want MariaDB Galera cluster.
