It would be useful to allow users to suspend their accounts instead of deleting them.
This would stop any new usage charges from occurring without having to completely delete the account.

We now provide an option to deactivate an organization to stop any new usage charges. When you deactivate an organization, all associated resources will be deleted: Apps, Services, Secrets, Domains, GitHub app, and API credentials. You can reactivate an organization at any time. Check out to the documentation to learn more about this feature.

Suspension seem like I broke the TOS and my account is put hold by service owner.
