We’re excited to share that the new Koyeb Edge Network is live and
WebSockets support is available for everyone without any modification
. WebSockets can now be used on all apps.Thank you to all beta tester who have participated in testing the new Edge Network since a few weeks!
As part of this release, the beta URLs including
prod-glb
will be decommissioned at the end of the wek, don’t forget to switch back to your normal endpoints. The changes we made on our Edge Network also bring the number of edge locations available on the Koyeb platform to over 270 cities (55 previously) to improve latencies and accelerate load times around the world.
We’re now working on supporting custom domains for everyone.
Let us know how your WebSocket experience goes on our Slack channel.
